On Monday, Kishanganj (Bihar) was engulfed in riots after some alleged miscreants allegedly from the alleged minority community allegedly threw inside temple premises what was allegedly a cows flesh and blood* . All this on the day people (and the goats which survived the day) were celebrating e_d. The local Police has issued their standard statements from page no. 6 of book titled Controlling riots... or giving the impression thereof a) Kishanganj SP: the situation has been under control b) ADG of Police : “There is no report of any untoward incident Yep, this isnt funny.
