On November 14, 2014 at about 09:00 O’ clock in the morning personnel of Allacapan Police Station led by PI RAFAEL B MADRID, Deputy Chief of Police under the direct supervision of PSI JOEFFERSON A GANNABAN, Chief of Police conduct simultaneous Earthquake Drill to this Police Station to all available personnel in joining the 4th Nation Wide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill by the National Disaster Response. Likewise proceeded at Allacapan Vocational High School (AVHS) with the members of the Local Government Unit led by Eduwardo Torida, MDRRMC Chairman, Bureau of Fire Protection Led by SFO2 Eriverto P Obispo, Municipal Fire Marshall, Allacapan Vocational High School disaster team headed by Principal 2 William M Calabazaron and Allacapan Police Station headed by PI RAFAEL B MADRID, Deputy Chief of Police conduct Earthquake Drill Scenario to more or less seven hundred (700) participants compose of teachers and students on the DOS’ and DON’TS during Earthquake Crisis and to apply the COVER and DUCK’s. Said activity aims to intensify the awareness of the teachers as well as the students to prevent or to minimize risk to the person and properties during Earthquake.
