On November 5, 2014 at 7:40pm officers were dispatched to an armed robbery at Sweeny Park in Shrewsbury Borough. The victim, a fifteen year old male, stated that he was to meet a person at the park in order to purchase marijuana. A person, wearing a black beanie with holes cut for the eyes and mouth got out of a vehicle and ordered the juvenile to hand over his belongings, while pushing a handgun into the juvenile’s abdomen. The juvenile stated that he recognized who was robbing him as Marco Mason by his voice and short stature. There were two other people with Marco Mason during the robbery, who were attempting to take other items from the juvenile. Marco Mason stole cash and a cell phone from the victim. The three fled the area in a vehicle. A short time later an Officer located and stopped the suspect vehicle. All three subjects were taken into custody without incident. Officers were able to retrieve the weapon, which was a pellet pistol. The other two people involved in the robbery were identified as Landen Bosley and John Colton Jasinski. They were charged as follows; Marco Mason, an 18 year old male from Glen Rock, was charged with Robbery, Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, Theft by Unlawful Taking, Receiving Stolen Property, and Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana. John Colton Jasinski, a 20 year old male from New Freedom, was charged with Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, Conspiracy to Commit Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Conspiracy to Commit Terroristic Threats, Conspiracy to Commit Simple Assault, Conspiracy to Commit Theft by Unlawful Taking, and Conspiracy to Commit Receiving Stolen Property. Landen Bosley, a 21 year old male from Dallastown, was charged with Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, Conspiracy to Commit Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Conspiracy to Commit Terroristic Threats, Conspiracy to Commit Simple Assault, Conspiracy to Commit Theft by Unlawful Taking, and Conspiracy to Commit Receiving Stolen Property. All three were taken to central booking and arraigned on the above charges. John Colton Jasinski and Landen Bosley were released after posting $25,000 bail. Marco Mason remains in York County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.
