On November 7, 2014 in the Circuit Court of Tyler County, Brock I. McMahon of Paden City, WV appeared in front of the Honorable Mark Karl. Mr. McMahon entered a plea to the felony offense of Conspiracy to Commit a Crime Against the State for his involvement with Benjamin Davis in the Manufacturing of Methamphetamine. As a result of a plea agreement he was sentenced to 1-5 years in the custody of the Department of Corrections. This sentence will be served alternatively and he was placed on home confinement for the 1-5 year sentence.
