On November 8-29, 2014 a group of delegates from Peace Crops Ukraine partner Ministries (Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Youth and Sports) and Ukrainian non-governmental organizations (NGOs) will visit the United States on the International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP), a professional exchange program that is administered by the U.S. Department of States Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. The topic that Peace Corps suggested this year is Sustaining Civic-Government Social Partnerships. We hope that our delegates will learn about effective models of social partnerships that will help them to develop social partnerships here in Ukraine, making social and economic reforms more effective, relevant and needs based.
