On October 11, 2014, Playas Mob Radio was honored by Adrian Izes Marshall of Izes Records. This man is yet another AMAZING Producer that goes under the radar for all the award winning work that he has done! He is kinda private. Thats what made this interview even more special and FUN! Not only did he let us in on his history, he let us break his new record, which is actually the onset to a debut solo release as an artist, as opposed to production, and speaks to us on the vibe of that tune and upcoming plans as an artist. Jamaican born producer Adrian {izesrecords} Marshall is one of the Dancehall (Reggae) genre’s producers, Izes has dominated the Billboard, Radio and (Dancehall) charts over the past few years. He held the #1 position on the prestigious Billboard Chart with his smash hit “Temperature”, by Sean Paul, Jamaican Grammy-winning dancehall and reggae artist. As a producer, he has worked with a variety of notable artists including (+) Wyclef Jeannel Jean (+) Pleasure P (+) Rick Ross (+) Movado (+) Beenie Man (+) Lord Kosity (+) ElephantMan (+) Gyptian (+) ...and many others. Izes began working behind the scenes in 2004, collaborating with Jahsnowcone, a Jamaican, New Yorker (Producer) producing and programming tracks for other artists. It was his work with Sean Paul in 2004 on the #1 single, “Temperature,” From the Grammy nominated album “Trinity” that would bring Izes to the forefront of the music industry. He continued to work in the studio and an assortment of other Dancehall (Reggae) artists. These collaborations were pivotal in paving the way for work with many other artists. Integrating his producer side is something IZESRECORDS managed to remain strong in his desire to carve out his unique sound. When producing new music, he’s aware of what’s worked in the past and what people have enjoyed but doesn’t want to get stuck there.
