On October 2, 2014 at 2:45 in the afternoon, elements of this office led by PI RENATO B IBARONDO under the supervision of PSUPT FELIX NEPONCIO SERVITA JR, COP, arrested three (3) male persons for violation of PD 1602 while engaged in illegal gambling popularly known as “TONG-ITS” at P-5 Bacolod, Tabaco City particularly in front of Ramon Bueno’s store. Seized from their possession are the following items to wit: [A] One (1) set (52 pcs.) plastic playing cards with marking “Royal”; [B] Php 118.00 (23 pcs. 1 peso coins, 17 pcs. 5 peso coins, 1 pc. 10 peso coin) as money bets at the center of the playing table; and other recovered items are: [C] Php 50.00 (8 pcs. 5 peso coins, 1 pc. 10 peso coin); [D] Php 260.00 (1 pc. 200 peso bill, 3 pcs. 20 peso bills); [E] Php 100.00 (20 pcs. 5 peso coins).
