On Pentrebane Farm (up the road from Highlands and under threat of being developed into a new town without any proper infrastructure to the rest of our city!) is a cow called Tiny who used to think she was a dog when little and chased after the ball with my dogs and their friends, the resident sheepdogs. It was so heart warming and funny to watch her galloping off over the cobbles with them all! Shes the pet of James, the farmers son, and when I was going through an extremely stressful period, she came up to comfort and nurse me, licking my hand and gently rubbing her head up and down my torso. This is still a working farm, but although Tiny has grown massive now and spends more time with the other cows in the fields, she hasnt forgotten my dogs or me and last week cantered over to the fence to greet Jack, Cleo and myself, just like the one in this video below. Animals are true healers and it is our duty to protect and love them in return, especially when their livelihood is under threat! So, Im still expecting a miracle to happen over this location!!! xxxxxxxxxx
