On Saturday May 26th, 48 Seguin High School band students competed at the Texas State Solo and Ensemble contest held in Austin. Receiving a first division at TSSEC is extremely difficult and a very high honor as the adjudication is some of the most rigorous that the students will encounter as high school students. We were honored to have 11 band members receive a first division and a gold medal this year.
