On Saturday, this post was posted on this page. It has since been deleted, but I am bringing it back for a very important reason. This morning, I spent some time on the phone with police from the states from the origin of this post. They were very interested in it, as this post came from outside of Washington, DC where baby selling rings seem to be normal. What does not normally happen, is that someone goes the extra mile and takes screenshots of these, and notify the police. In this particular case, I had to provide statements to two departments, along with all screenshots (the post was on several websites), to assist in an investigation. During my statement, the officer admitted that this did not surprise him, and that it was a legit scam (baby selling, money stealing) but until I called, no one has bothered to take screenshots/trace IP addresses etc) or report it! Because I provided this screen shot to the police, do not be surprised if ADMINS get contacted for more information. Consider this as a heads-up that when you see something like this posted, screen shot it (in the event it gets deleted) and report it to the police. Unfortunately too many people think as if and move on, without really giving it a thought that maybe, just maybe, there is something more here that warrants an investigation.
