On September 19th of this yr my father in law Isaac Ike Carmack passed away. He was 94 yr.s old and he was a WW2 veteran. About 3 wks ago I checked our mail and there was a big manila envelope from the Kentucky General Assembly in Frankfort signed Rick Rand. Enclosed was a letter and four citations from the Ky House of Representatives in Ikes honop. He has 4 surviving children Jerry Keith and Ronnie Carmack and Bonnie Beach and Vickie Harlow. I thought it was very nice for all of them to receive these awards on behalf of their father.
