Catagbacan, San Andres, Catanduanes docketed under Search Warrant No. 2014-22 issued by HON. LELU P CONTRERAS, Executive Judge RTC Branch 43, Virac, Catanduanes at Brgy. San Roque this municipality particularly in front of ACC Hypermart, confiscated items to wit; 16 pcs of small heat-sealed plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance believe to be shabu, 1 pc empty plastic sachet , 1 pc lighter color orange, cash worth Php 3,128.25, one unit NOKIA C2 Cellphone color maroon, 1 pc small cutter color blue, 1 pc small used glue stick, 1 pc sling/body bag color black, 1 pc lighter color violet, 14 pcs fortune cigarette color red, 1pc Official Receipt, 2pcs LTO Drivers License, 1pc 20 peso bill, 1 unit Honda TMX 155 motorcycle bearing plate number 9041 EV color red with sidecar. searched ended on or about 05:57 in the afternoon of same date followed by inventory of confiscated items, OOA 1815H of same date arrested person Edsel Vargas Y Niola was apprised of his constitutional rights and brought at JMA Hospital for medical Examination prior locking up in jail for proper disposition. On or about 25 1930H September 2014 a case for Viol of Sec 11 and 12 Art 11 of RA 9165 were filed through Inquest proceedings at Provincial Prosecution Office, Virac, Catanduanes under docket number V-II-INQ-141-00088 and V-II-INQ-141-00089 against Edsel Vargas Y Niola.
