On Sunday, October 19, the Los Angeles Temple Visitors Center was excited to host Sister Effy Briseno as our Why I Believe speaker. Her topic was Christ in America which was enjoyed by a full house of Spanish-speaking members and friends from the Los Angeles area. Sister Briseno shared scriptural and archeological support for the visit of Jesus Christ to the Americas following his resurrection in Palestine over 2,000 years ago. Everyone enjoyed her presentation and were uplifted by the message. Thank you, Sister Briseno.
