On Sunday, my dear husband thought it would be a good idea to buy ALL the mushrooms at the greengrocers as they were cheap. So far, we had a mountain of them in our dinner last night, Ive made mushroom, celery and garlic soup, 2 batches of cream of mushroom soup, started a mushroom pâté, put a load aside for mushroom stroganoff and STILL have some left over! Any ideas on what to do with them would be greatly appreciated!!
