On Sunday we play the leaders in the competition Wattles. This will be a hard task but an even harder one is beating melanoma cancer. Thanks to some special people and their fundraising efforts we may be that little bit closer in ending the fight. My thanks go out to Tory Chopps Gardner and his wife Yasmine for all the work they have put in over the last 4 years. To my sons lovely lady Sara Cumner. Sara didnt get to meet Ann but she knows how much it means to Tim and she has stepped up in organising a great event to raise much needed funds. Queensland is sunny one day and better the next but we also have the biggest number of melanoma casualties. So I ask if you have the time to spare please come along and support the boys in their endeavour to bring home the Ann Phipps Memorial Shield and to raise much needed funds for the melanoma cancer foundation. The boys will be playing in a pink strip with pink beards and hair to match. So please come along enjoy the footy and make a donation to help us find a cure for the Melanoma curse.
