On The Voice of Stray Dogs: Indian Supreme Court orders in favor of Bulls. Jallikattu and bullock cart racing banned! In a landmark, historic judgment passed at 10.30 a.m. today (7th May), the Supreme Court of India has banned the use of bulls and bullocks in jallikattu and bullock cart racing, and all other sports and performances. It is well known that bulls and bullocks have been subjected to horrible abuse in the name of sport, and tradition, and cultural heritage. The Honble Supreme Court is reported to have stood up and tall, and spoken for animals, and animal rights.
