On Thursday I went to court for a ticket I got for running a red light. I was caught on camera. I was there among around 20 people that got the same ticket, the ticket was $350 and they offered us a deal at $160 if we plead guilty. I had never been to a Canadian court, the judge was addressed as Your Worship. Before the deal was final I had to stand up in front of the court. I had to say My Name is Jennifer Oestreich-Frost she then read my crime of running the red light at Derry Rd and Trafaglar and she asked what my plea was. On tape, they got me saying, I plead guilty I was a very sureal experience and something I hope I never have to do ever ever again!
