On Thursday October 2nd 2014, SCINT Detectives executed a search warrant at 2145 ½ 25th Street, Coos Bay, Coos County Oregon. SCINT were assisted by officers from Coos Bay Police Department and Coquille Tribal Police Drug Detection Canine Handler. Methamphetamine, marijuana, packaging material, a digital scale and suspected stolen property were located during the search of the residence. The subject of the investigation, George Ray Wood (Forty-four years old), was transported to the Coos County Jail where he was booked on the mentioned charges. An associate of George Wood’s, Randi Pittman, arrived at the residence and was found in possession of methamphetamine. Pittman was released at the scene and her case is being referred to the Coos County District Attorney’s Office. The investigation is continuing and more arrests are anticipated.
