On Tuesday I weighed in at the doctors 216 lbs. Told the nurse take off two cause I had shoes on! Lab tests revealed liver was swollen, two masses on kidneys plus I was wheezing and coughing! In other words, I was a wreck! I went home and did what I had to do. This morning I weighed in at 210. Feeling great, eating healthy, exercising and taking my xing products!
