On Wednesday 23rd April, the Girl Against Fluoride team are staging a protest outside the Irish Medicines Board to highlight their complicity in the mass medication of the Irish people. The IMB claim to protect and enhance animal health through the regulation of human and veterinary medical products. Why have they not licensed the water fluoridation chemicals? Could it be that there is no toxicological data showing that hydrofluorisilicic is safe? Hydrofluorisilicic acid was banned for its use as a biocide in 2006 by the EU. Yet we, in Ireland, have these unlicensed and untested chemicals in our drinking water. We will be joined by a community circus so prepare to be entertained with fire jugglers, stilt walkers and balloon modelers. The protest will start at 10am and will end at 6pm. Please join us for whatever time you can spare so that we can send a clear message to the IMB that we are not prepared to tolerate being mass medicated against our will.
