Assembly session (i) the house resumed the debate deferred from morning (9.00 A.M.) sitting on approval of the report of the committee on Agriculture, Water and Irrigation on consideration of the Kitui County Abattoirs Bill, 2014(Assembly Bill No. 8, 2014) - business disposed off. (ii) the committee of the whole county Assembly debated and adopted proposed amendments to clauses of the Kitui County Abattoirs Bill, 2014(Assembly Bill No. 8, 2014). the business was not completed and deferred to the next sitting of 23rd October, 2014 at 2.30 P.M.
