On Wednesday the Decatur Co Hwy Department came through or neighborhood cleaning out ditches. They stopped in front of my house and cleaned (halfway) my neighbors ditch. Tonight we came home the back way and found that they dumped an entire dump truck full of leaves, tree limbs and debris in my property right underneath the NO DUMPING sign! Now the first big rain we have will wash all this crap right to my house. Then I get to clean it up. Im gonna go ahead and say it. Im pissed. Time for a change at the highway department!
