On a police mens citation, its clearly reads Violators responsibility and when you sign in that box, you agree to being #1 a violator #2 having responsibility for the infraction Its not a plead with-in a court.. BUT it is a legally binding contract that you must answer for at that time. If any of you dont wish to be hassled with these silly fines and harassment, simply dont enter into contract with them. Then you have no reasonable responsibility to answer for exercising for God given right to travel. This is a big ball of wax.. But right now, Im simply stating that this legal system works off of contract. If there is no contract, there is no responsibility. Answer yourself this... if the signature means nothing then why would they want you to sign it?
