On a real ass level, I need you all to know how much you really mean to me. For the better half of 5 years now Ive been spending almost every single day working towards one thing, and thats to make a living off of what i love doing. This has been a struggle Im not sure I could have anticipated, but for no reason would i ever take any of it back. When i wake up every morning and go to bed every night the only thing i can think about is music, shows, songs, the whole lot of it. Since i can remember I have had a feeling inside of me, a burning, unyielding passion to share with people what i have gotten to experience through music and art, and just creation in general. I am more than lucky/blessed (what ever you may call it) to have found a medium that i am comfortable enough with to portray my ideas and emotions. Every show i have ever played, every song i have ever written, has had YOU in mind, How i can i make these people understand where I am coming from without using words, and so far i think im doing pretty damn good. When people stop me at shows and places to tell me that they like my music or it has touched them in some way, it is literally the pinocle of what i live for. Im not saying its been easy either, and i know i have a long, winding, and unpredictable road ahead of me with maybe more downs than ups, but EVERY single one of you makes all of this worth while to me. The day to day struggle is a breeze because i know that somewhere out there, someone feels what im trying to put out there. So next time i post a song or invite you to show, remember that im not just trying to boost some personal egocentric ideals or get money out of you (as i rarely see any money from anything like this), Im trying to share with you my perspective in the most intimate way i know how, and that, can never be touched.
