On a train on the way to London and am saddened by a mother whose so far fed her child under 3 - 1 chocolate muffin, 2 bags of sweets and loads of processed fruit juice. This cannot be right. No wonder there are so many children with behaviour problems, tooth decay and weight related problems - food plays a huge role on all these issues. I hope to launch weight management courses soon, my I aim to educate people on the importance of nutrition and lifestyle management - for individuals and for familys. If we dont make changes soon, issues like obesity diabetes will dominate our society...if it isnt already!? Thoughts anyone? R
