On any given day the mental health of a salon and the income of its members is determined by the responsibility each member takes in using his or her emotional energy wisely. There’s a huge difference in what happens when two or more stylists use their energy to chronically complain about problems VS using their energy to resolve them. Chronic complaining intoxicates the culture with craziness and not only lowers the income of each member it can blow the salon to smithereens. Resolving always ignites the culture with inspiration and empowers every member in it to grow and thrive beyond what they would have done otherwise.
