On behalf of Lusk United I want to thank everyone that supported us last Saturday as we got to officially open our new clubhouse and floodlit pitch. It was certainly a day to remember. Also huge thanks to John Delaney, Noel King and the Football Association of Ireland (Official) for attending and also for theyre generosity. Many thanks to all the people who worked hard over the last few weeks to make sure that the day was a success, which it was! We would also like to send huge appreciation to the ROI over 40s International Squad who played against us on the day (beating us 3-0). We wish them continued success as they work hard for some excellent charities. We would also like to wish Paul Perth all the best and a speedy recovery, after he broke his leg the end of the game. And finally we want to thank our members, without them we wouldnt be where we are today! Onwards and upward for Lusk United AFC...
