On behalf of SBLM rep., Steve Robinson: The Chinese proverb states “The Journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step”, and with those words in mind I would like to welcome all new and returning students to the University of Technology, Jamaica and a special welcome to the students of Building and Land Management ‘’Go Stallions”! By enrolling into University life you have started that journey and with hard work and dedication you will reach your milestone. It is with great honour and humility I serve as your Representative and with the help of God I will work diligently in all my efforts to place you the students’ affairs first. School of Building and Land Management has a family like atmosphere with helpful lecturers who work above and beyond their job description to serve us Students. We are sincerely grateful for their service and we seek to remind students that it is indeed a service which we pay for and so I intend to ensure we get the quality we have been promised. My team and I encourage unity and participation of all Students from the 5 programs within SBLM as a way of building a strong foundation for success in both academia and sports.
