On behalf of Sayadawgyi, please be informed that today he continues with his official business in London; this less than 24-hours since having his own cataract surgery on both eyes. With special thanks to his long-time devotees, Maung Ko Ko (technical assistant) and Dr. Thein Myint (ophthalmologist), Sayadawgyi successfully had FEMTO laser assisted cataract surgery and insertion of trifocal intraocular lenses allowing him better/clearer vision at all distances. Today, they will submit a proposal to bring additional humanitarian assistance in the scope of medical and eye care to Myanmar.
