On behalf of Universal Studios, Japan I am holding auditions to pre select 12 singers to form 3 SATB choirs who will then audition for Universal Studios on 5th of September 2013. They are looking to eventually select 8 people from either London, LA or Melbourne and the job details are as follows; Attractive Monthly income (specifics of performer compensation will be discussed privately) Each performer will receive a round-trip economy airline ticket from their homeport. Each performer is automatically enrolled in USJ’s medical insurance program while under contract. Each performer will be provided their own fully furnished apartment in cast housing, which includes among other items a washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave and television set. Each performer will receive a train pass to and from Universal Studios Japan and cast housing or a predetermined, suitable transportation allowance. Each performer will receive a bicycle. Each performer will receive a mobile phone (with limited toll allowance). Each performer will receive a gym membership. CASTING BREAKDOWN Four singers, Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Vocal Percussionist/Bass Must be at least 18 years of age on the day of the audition Must have a valid passport or the ability to attain one in a timely manner Must be willing to relocate to Japan for up to 13 months Must have choir experience and good ears for blending Must be able to sing with a British accent Must be able to pass for high school students Must be willing to work outdoors Dance ability not required, but a plus VOCAL RANGE Soprano - Must sing to A6 Alto - Must sing to D5 Tenor - Must sing to F4 Bass/Vocal Percussionist - Must sing to C4 In the first instance please send CV and Headshot to lisao_p@me You will be contacted with an audition time if you have been pre-selected To apply you MUST be available for an audition on the 5th September and be free from FEB 2014 for 13months.
