On day 6 of my Fast and going strong!! :) It is amazing how much a fast will connect you into the deepest parts of your body. Suddenly every nuance of every biological system can be felt consciously... every miracle that is taking place within us is that much more potent and present. I can feel all of my cells realigning and recalibrating to new forms on energy production.. both physical and non physical. I can feel the boundaries slowly dissolving between mind and body. I find myself in a constant state of awe by how much clarity and sensitivity is being cultivated by this fast. The body is truly an amazing thing.
