On detention conditions of Intigam Aliyev: He is still kept in quarantine, which is a small room in penalty section of the detention center. Eight people in a small room. Everyone (except Aliyev) smokes, but there is no place for smoking so, the room is also smoky. The little window on the door of the cell should be left open, but it is closed all the time. Temperature is unbearably high and inmates are sweating all the time. There is no bath room, toilet is impossible to use. Water is running only twice a day, one hour each. For the rest of the time they have a small can to keep water and eight people depend on that can. The room is not aired. Two small windows under the ceiling are open but there is no screen on the window and the small cell is also full of mosquitos which makes it impossible to sleep. Intigam Aliyev hasnt been taken out of the cell in these three days.
