On my lunch yesterday I checked in with Facebook as sad while waiting in line at the Safeway deli. I commented that it was very sad that we do not have enough hours in the deli to supply adequate let alone excellent service to our customers . I have come to the deli many times and watched other customers walk away because there was no one to wait on them thats money lost. We are told that the deli is the biggest money maker in the store. Just imagine if we had the manpower in there to supply the excellent customer service . How much money it would make! Someone commented on it and asked why would you post that? Apparently this comment needed an explanation. So there is my explanation. This was an observation that is all ...it was not a slam against our company or my fellow employees.. Who by the way take pride in their job do the best job they can with the tools they are given.
