On my way to Walgreens to pick up some medicine. So I see a young mother with a young aprox 18 month old baby wrapped and strapped in on her harness walking. No biggie, but as shes walking agains the DONT CROSS LIGHT not looking up texting with this baby and almost hot ran over. she then mean mugged the driver for her inattentive walking and texting. WTH, cmon mom. stop, look left and right then left again then cross. poor baby.
