On the death of the elephant Satao: My idea (Im doing more reading): I think they should be offering free meals, and easy ways to make money (Rewards for exposing the ivory traders???), so that there are alternative ways for people to make money. The benefits can be passed along through the society. Surely, more shcools would mean more eco-informed people and also more wealth and self-worth. This path has NO downsides!! So, free schooling/schools (including free meals as an incentive to attend).
