On the drive home tonight I read a chapter in Bob Goffs book, Love Does. It starts off, I use to think you had to be special for God to use you, but now I know you simply need to say yes. I closed the book just as we arrived home. Went to the mail box and found two envelopes made out to me. In them were 2 checks to support me in my upcoming mission trip to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil! I am humbled! Excited! Grateful!! October 16-27th I will be going with several American women to share the gospel with the women in Brazil. Our prayer is that God will use us to lead them out of prostitution and therefore avoid the tragic ramifications of that lifestyle before the 2016 summer Olympics. . Henry Blackaby made this statement, What you believe about God will determine what you do. It is a call of faith to trust God to fill in all the blanks when we say yes to the calling.
