On the evening I arrived at Tilicho Base Camp, the sky was so clear that thousands of stars and galaxy could be seen. Next day morning, however, when opening the door, I was shocked. It was snowing heavily! I had to put off my trekking to Tilicho Lake until 9 oclock that the weather became better. Three hours later, I finally climbed to lakeside where was as high as 5000 meters above sea level! Someone had already arrived there but not by walking, by horse! I stayed beside lake for 2 hours, really freezing, because my shoes got a little wet by snow. Then I began to retreat down, back to base camp. Clouds faded slightly and mountains came out. What a nice day!
