On the morning of this 21 November I am feeling quite nostalgic. I dont know why, memories of my 23 years of uniformed service came flooding back. A mixture of satisfaction of being honest to profession, and misgivings for not achieving what I longed for. But all in all, it was a fascinating journey of 23 years, even if the ending was not so happy. On this day I express my deep respect to all past and present members of Bangladesh Armed Forces, who toiled and bled, for achieving what the military us today.
