On the way to meet some old school friends and I had to pause for a moment and have a little church service of my own. My life has had enough tragedies that I could almost justifiably be locked in a state of why me, God? Wednesday marks the 2 year anniversary of my brothers passing and the heartbreak is hitting me hard. Yes it hurts, hurts like heck sometimes, but I can look back and see how strongly and fiercely God has been working, and theres a peace with knowing that He has a reason for everything that has happened (the good the bad and the ugly). I spent too many years searching for the reason amd asking why, and through that I wasted a lot of precious time. This year I have realized all too well that time is better spent looking ahead and moving forward. Never forget the past, but see the purpose in it and use it to move forward. I miss my brother so much that the pain is almost unbearable at times.... This morning with tears falling I can say with a thankful heart, it is ALL well with my soul. Thank you, dear sweet baby Jesus, for this journey. Whew, thats good, GOOD stuff #makesagirlwannashout #keepasteppin
