On this Veterans Day, I want to thank the men and women who have served and are still serving in our armed forces. Jesus said, Greater love has no one than this: to lay down ones life for ones friends. (John 15:13). However, those in our military all risk life and limb, experience loneliness and fear, miss time with parents, siblings, spouses, children, so that those people, and millions of people who dont and will never know of it, dont have to. Im honored to live in a country that is so loved by its people. Im grateful for your sacrifice, proud of the loyalty and obedience despite political views, and pray from the bottom of my heart for your safety, and rich and fulfilling lives. I pray that those who struggle with depression and consider suicide due to loneliness, fear, or persecution, will be surrounded by protection and friends that remind them of their value, and that God will be their Anchor. I ask that everybody be kind and respectful, and take care of our veterans. God bless you all, and God bless my America, which will always be in His loving hands.
