On this day last year, I went to the doctor for a regularly scheduled checkup, only to meet the most beautiful blonde hair blue eyed little boy just 3 hours later. Being a mother changes you, but being a mother to a superhero REALLY changes you. Ive learned so much about life, love and myself over the past year from this sweet boy. Hes not only changed my life, but the lives of so many others as well. While it brings up the memories of the most difficult time in our lives, its also a reminder of how faithful our God is and what a miracle Keaton truly is. That handsome little baby man with only a 10% chance of surviving is now a happy, healthy ONE YEAR OLD!! Happy Happy Birthday sweet Keaton man!! You will always be Mommys hero!!
