On this day, the anniversary of 9/11/2001, as dawn breaks, let us not remember the hate, the anger, and the vengeance. Yet, let us remember the courage, the compassion, and the birth, from it. We see hate and anger at every turn, every day. Yet we also see, to coin a phrase, the humanity. Where strength, compassion, and love, break the darkness of those who try to stand against us, like the dawn breaks the night. Where the least of us, the weakest, and those who fear, stand together to proclaim their strength of freedom. Working together, healing together, rebuilding together. Let us remember in the dawn of early light, ever yet did it wave. Let us remember to pray, though some have forgotten what the corner stone of this country and this earth, was founded on. Pray for peace and above all, the wisdom to know how to achieve it, without arrogance, pride, greed, and sacrifice. Let us seek those words and read them aloud. The wisdom and truth of our ancestors.
