On this lazy Saturday afternoon...I began to think...working in a Call Center kinda reminds me of a typical High School environment....people are divided in social classes, cliques and groups...examples: The Achievers- in HS, they strive to be on top of their class ..excelling in every subject from your difficult Trig classes to easy ones like Art and Music...in a CC, theyll do anything to be SMEs or TLs The Clowns- in HS, they are the life of the class who never fails to brighten the mood knowing that there is a difficult examination on proving Geometry equations in the next hour...in a CC, they brighten your day knowing that the next call is another irate customer The Trendsetters- in HS, these are the people who are up to date with the latest fads, gadgets in pop culture...in a CC, its fashion, cars and food trends The Athletes aka Jocks...as with both HS and in a CC...these are the people who are involved in varsity teams and sports fests...plus they never fail to wear their numbered varsity team JackeTs The Socio Active People- in HS, they are the ones who get involve in Community and Church activities, Food and Clothes drives and those who attend retreats and recollections in some poor community...in a CC, they organize events for orphanages, build homes after a calamity and donate blood The Extra Curricular Active People- in HS, they graduated with probably 15 different orgs in their repertoire...in a CC, they are probably involved in 15 different company events The Socialites- clubbing, parties and concerts is what they are after The Extroverts- meeting and getting to know people is their main aim The Introverts- keeping things secretive is their main aim The IT girls- the group of girls who always stay in a group who never fails make men turn their heads The All Around People-that person whom everyone wants to be their friend...they take no sides; are unbiased and at the same time a great adviser and very trustworthy... Where do you fit?
