On this past Tuesday morning the Lord spoke to me, directing me to ride my stationary bicycle. I had not ridden any bike since June 2009. Shortly after beginning to ride I discovered I could pray strong prayer as I rode. That is not always easy to do on a bicycle (I understand there is no wind opposing). Even after five years of not biking, I am able to bike an interval program on Level 7. I rode Tuesday with three sessions, 13 plus miles; Wednesday, two sessions; 10 plus miles, Thursday, three sessions, 20 miles even; Friday, three sessions, 21 plus miles and today 17 miles in one session for a total of 81 miles plus my first week! I averaged about 14 miles an hour. What I enjoyed was the strong, powerful prayer most of the time. I have overcome more oppression and it is nice to see my leg muscles rebuilding quickly. Even today while I was biking Kathie D was walking on the treadmill beside me and praying along with me. She broke out at one point into strong laughter overcoming and a little later overcame a spirit of unbelief. I praise the Lord for being able to ride again!
