On those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, will (God) Most Gracious bestow Love. (19:96) It is part of the Mercy of God that thou dost deal gently with them. That is the Grace of God, which He will bestow on whom He pleaseth: and God encompasseth all and He knoweth all things. (5:54) Those who devour usury will not stand except as stands one whom the Evil One by his touch hath driven to madness. That is because they say: Trade is like usury, but God hath permitted trade and forbidden usury. Those who after receiving direction from their Lord, desist, shall be pardoned for the past; their case is for God (to judge); but those who repeat (the offence) are companions of the Fire: they will abide therein (for ever). (2:275) War, Famine, Mischief and Money and how do we do away with these? These things exist because of the enmity that we have on each other and our selfish contumacy due to the lack of knowledge which is the main element that we have to acquire. More knowledge is better. Why? Let’s us take a look at the structure of Government, Corporation, Family and Individual which is built of a command-and-control structure of 20th century antiquity. The nature of man is creativity and not by command. The command structure exists because of the fighting units work in unison and not on individuality, which makes us into herds of cow and if one strayed; one will be in the abattoir next as dinner. An individual is a unique person and adds variety, however this is subdue by the need of politicians and clerics to be homogenous. So, where is the fun in that? Is it birds of a feather flock together. Man, we been flocking for the last 20 years and it is still the same and another 20 years on? Let’s say if one is given to do whatever that one loves to do as long as the knowledge level and passion matches. But the current world is where everyone forced to work due to need of daily bread and not because one loves to work and passionate about creation of any object. The reason being is that as human, we are treated as cogs of a machine and to be without a soul and interchangeable at the whim and fancies of the top dog whereas we can be better than the top dog’s work but due to seniority, he’s there even he has no neurons left. Maybe one got there by kissing ass on the way top or by exchanging favors or whatever, and because of mischief and office politics, the conscious is not at peace and thus, no happiness. In that state, whatever one gain still cannot satisfy one’s heart to be at peace. In the interview, only one question is asked which is what does one to do with love and passion and all the variables needs will be provided and if one is lacking in knowledge, it will be given 24/7? In a company, one must be a CEO to know the inner workings of that company or else compartmentalized within a discipline and never to have a taste of other flavor that makes the company tick and the CEO just take a damn long time to die. So, don’t dream as there’s no chance! How do we change that? In a purposeful automotive company, there are four important activities which are DDTE (design, development, test and evaluation) of prototypes, production of series or batches, branding/marketing/sales and of 4S (showroom, service, spare and support). The rest which are legal, finance, administration and management are common as in others companies and can be shared. We then be juggling and managing the people, processes, resources and time logistics to suit outcome of prototype/finish product, Tier 1 of modules, Tier 2 of assemblies and Tier 3 of parts and components. Skill sets of Scientist, Engineer, Technologist and Craftsman and class of Team Member, Leader, Consultant and Expert in a Matrix/Metric Organization and of Profit and Ownership Sharing. Modules of Body-in-White, Chassis, Power-Train, Tire and Suspensions, Ride and Handling, Instrumentation and Accessories are produced as Just-in-Time and by Lean Manufacturing Methods. The simulations of the automobile can visualize from single screw, to assembly to module to complete car and the type of processes and machines of production required in an immersive environment where the driving too can be seen as it goes through a virtual test track by CAD, CAE, CAM and CAS technology coupled to QFD, FMEA/CRD, DFM/DFA and DOE techniques. (Computer-Aided Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Simulation – Quality Function Deployment, Failure Mode Effect Analysis, Capability Reliability Deployment, Design For Manufacturing/Assembly and Design Of Experiment) Finish product/prototype, portfolio, program, and project are concurrent according to database classification, category, group and feature for the car to be produced in three days and delivered as per specification to the customer as the digital cloud (server, interface, network and device) of system engineering (input, process, output and feedback) of graphic, mathematic, symbolic and linguistic of the automotive specifications and requirements and design/build/support/system documentations. The product can be interchange to suit the template of Discrete Manufacturing for Local and Global collaboration but the first question is what is the purpose of the vehicle and if there, what is the difference compared to others? This is one example of a roadmap for an automotive knowledge settlement where the art and science of automotive design and build of a screw to a complete vehicle is completed in a virtual before the physical scene. Once the automotive model is completed, then continuous improvement to reduce cost further on process, part, material and time by ensuring there is no surplus and no inventory and work-in-process. Thus, supply is equal to demand economic model or for every family to have one for free as a need. In My Humble Opinion (IMHO)…..Peace and Love be upon All :)
