On weekday, I invariably have my breakfast thoughtlessly. I have never intended what to eat and how to eat for health. Most of the time I eat biscuits and have a cup of coffee. And now and then as I will be late, I indeed don’t have time to have anything. I always have dinner at restaurant for I am so sluggish to cook by myself. To be honest, lazy is for one thing, the other thing is actually I have no idea about cooking. I know the present condition of eating is bad for me. Last week I participated in a lecture that focused on health and diet. The lecturer tried hard to tell us the significance of the food everyday we have and it’s full of joy and amusement when we are cooking dishes. honestly, I was touched by what he said, so I determined to have a change and I bought a book from bit.ly/1eQRcR7 he introduced. I am scanning the book and found it is helpful and amusing.
