Once I was sent to take a training on English .The trainers were there who recieved training from UK.They presented a lot of lessions before us. We are asked to make lesson plan individually. I made it myself on a particular topic and I selected from class9 and presented it to the trainer but he could not be satisfied with my presentation. After that he showed me how to make it perpect and I followed but to my utter surprise, if I follow that lesson plan, it will take an hour.Now, I completely agree with you.Most of the cases do not need lesson plan.
