Once again Dennys is a huge disappointment. I guess I worked in fast food way too long to have any sympathy in less than acceptable service. Waitress is sweet enough but we have been sitting here forever waiting on our food. I simply do not understand why the franchise tolerates staff who would rather go take breaks together than take care of business. The food is normally awesome & the waitresses are normally really sweet & attentive but the wait to be seated, the wait to get your food and even the wait to pay is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! just something to think about.
