Once again Ive awoken to discover that some lousy bastard has nicked my legs and left me two extremely stiff and painful old persons legs! One of which that is kitted out with a knee the size of a melon. I could have stayed in bed and moaned about it, but I was once again warned that unless I really wanted to exchange the marital bed for one in the Traction Unit at Wythenshawe hospital, all moaning about my bloody legs had better cease forthwith (certain people seem to have had a sympathy bypass)...I got up. The world is SO much brighter after a large mug of strong black coffee and half a dozen cheese biscuits! ..... I need to do more walking!
