It is more than ok...it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to man the Temple God gave you by establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries that keep you physically well, spiritually sound & emotionally stable!! If that means SAYING NO to another position, committee or responsibility at church SO BE IT! You were entrusted with ONE body and will have to answer for its care! If church folk, family or friends try to guilt you into bending your boundaries REMEMBER God convicts! Guilt is not of God.
